🌍 Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international countries. If your location is not available at checkout, feel free to contact us at hello@craftycomrades.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
🚚 Processing Time
- All orders are produced upon order (we carry no inventory).
- Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
- During peak seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

💲 Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- Orders over $100 (USD) ship free within the United States!
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
📦 Packaging & Sustainability
We pack all orders with care to protect your items during transit.
Some parts may come separated in the package and will need to be attached and/or glued to display the full product (wings, vines, antennas, etc.). This reduces the shipping cost and product breakage.
❗ Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@craftycomrades.com within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue quickly.
📮 Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
